THE TAPROOM:
Entire Taproom: $300.00/hour
3 hour minimum (available Monday - Wednesday except for Holidays)
There is a $250 bar minimum & 20% gratuity will be added automatically.
$300.00 Non-refundable deposit to reserve. Deposit will be applied to your reservation. Balance due day before the event.
INCLUDED: The Tap Room (main floor and balcony), staff, tables, chairs, trash removal
NOT INCLUDED: Catering- Request a preferred vendor list.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 99 (over 50 guests may require a second tender & an additional fee)
THE TAPROOM BALCONY:
Half Balcony: $125/hour (up to 3 hours)
$125.00 Non-refundable deposit to reserve. Deposit will be applied to your reservation.
Balance is due the day before the event.

Rental Fee $300.00/hour

Rental Fee: $1,000
3 hour minimum/5 hour maximum + $250.00 Bar Minimum (available June-September)

INCLUDED: Picnic tables, 1 beer tender with private bar, fire pit, lawn games, trash cans, trash removal

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 35 under tent seated. Additional picnic tables may be added, depending on availability. (over 50 guests may require a second tender & an additional fee)
